Enjoy staying in and cooking and taking in the cozy atmosphere or make the approximately 20 minute drive to Smugglers Notch or enjoy other local attractions.

Short drive to amazing destinations including ski hills, lakes/rivers, x-country ski trails, golf/disc golf courses, trail heads for hiking/mountain biking, restaurants/breweries, etc. Child and remote working-friendly! Has all amenities: chef’s kitchen, high-speed internet, washer/dryer, dedicated workspace, gas fireplace, smart TV, deck (featuring stunning mountain views and BBQ), sauna, fire pit, and a waterfall within walking distance.

This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2) kayaks (1) two man canoe (1) Row Boat, and dock space rental for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.
