Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

The lodge is located in the heart of the Forest of Bowland which boasts stunning scenery, a wide range of activities, great country pubs and tranquility. The lodge itself is open plan but with a private bathroom, the kitchen is also well equipped with modern appliances. After a day exploring the nearby market towns and villages, or even a 10 mile hike in the hills, what better way to end your day than relaxing in the hot tub and soak up the panoramic views across the Bowland fells and beyond.

The ground floor accommodation is extremely stylishly appointed with a large, open-plan living/dining room which features Jacobean-style painted wall panelling as a stunning backdrop. Stone mullion windows, beamed ceilings, oak floors and doors lend a sense of rustic charm to the fabric of the building and yet there is every modern amenity. There is access to wooded and landscaped gardens with long-reaching views of the surrounding countryside and a private area to sit and enjoy the location.

Apple tree cottage has recently been refurbished with modern interiors and super fast broadband. A self catering cottage with its own small garden and driveway, set in bucolic countryside. Able to accommodate 3 guests (3rd guest with an additional charge) with a unique 'reading nook' which can be made into a small single bed for a young child. Babies up to 2 years old are welcome (free of charge) with a travel cot and high chair supplied. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be made available.

This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

Holly Toft is a secluded, detached stone cottage, perched on the edge of a drumlin hill, overlooking the beautiful rolling countryside of the Ribble Valley. With uninterrupted panoramic views of the Forest of Bowland, the majestic hills of Whernside, Pen-y-ghent and Ingleborough, it truly is a special place. Whilst mature lime trees stand guard in front of the property, Weets Hill looms spectacularly nearby. Adults 18+ can relax by the woodburning stove whilst drinking in the views.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!
