Beechwood Nook

Crown Lodges are located in the Heart of the Rossendale valley- Crawshawbooth. There are three lodges in total all situated around a 140sq/m lodge with breath taking views, it is the perfect escape to the country. The site is brand new and was built by owner and host Sam through the covid-19 pandemic 2018-2021 with his keen eye for building, the site is loved and adored by many of the locals and has proved a massive hit so far. Beechwood nook located to the left hand side of our site features the most privacy of the three cabins on its own stretch of pathway. Enjoy beautiful nights in your hot tub from this natural beauty spot, our lodges have something for everyone and we believe they are all-in luxury. They feature luxury kitchens, luxury bathrooms, log burners, free standing bath upstairs next to your bedroom area and everyones favourite a 2mx2m hot tub. Tip from us-Be ready with drinks in the hot tub for when it goes dark, the site lights up like something you see when your abroad and looks incredible, you can see our site from the other side of the valley which we think looks amazing. Crown Lodges is situated on a public footpath which has miles and miles of walking, for all of you that enjoy a stroll. We recommend downloading the walking app Komoot and downloading the local pack which is priced as much as a small coffee, this is like google maps for walking enthusiasts. For local things to do, I think we are up there with the best. Our local town Rawtenstall has undergone major development in the last couple of years and is getting better and better all the time. We have Rawtenstall market which has been taken over and turned into a food heaven. Once a month it has 'foodie Friday' and is packed with local stalls selling street food and deserts. Then we have Avuccirea, fire pit, La Turka, Tiger lounge and GemNi just to name a few. All providing excellent quality of food and drinks. We have a variety of bars, pubs and cafes too, far too many to mention. We are also 40mins on the x43 bus to Manchester City centre and the bus stop is within 15mins walk from our site (big hill back up not for the faint hearted). We also have the very last temperance bar in the country Mr Fitzpatrick's established in 1899 which recently featured on the hairy bikers, this is 100% worth a visit. Ideal for couples looking for a quiet getaway but still close to exciting things to do, this brand new development is your number one hot spot for 2021. Once you come you will not want to leave, from experience our site looks so incredibly different every season. We have fantastic summers and snowy winters. One thing to note: Upstairs in the Beechwood nook cabin is restricted head height, so if your very tall you may want to pick one of the other lodges. If this doesn't bother you then its a cosy little space upstairs. The rest of the Lodge is 2.3m head height so its just the upstairs that's restricted.

THE FERNY HOOLET chalet with hot tub & fishery.

The Ferny Hoolet is a stunning chalet that embraces nature & is full of character. It is a wildlife oasis where you can regularly see kingfishers, woodpeckers and hear ferny hoolets from your balcony. When you are not chilling in the hot tub, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the indoor space, which has a wonderful, relaxing feel-good atmosphere. We are just 30 minutes to the Lake District and 2 miles to M6,which offers great access to explore the N.W. We allow 2 well-behaved small/medium dogs.

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Morecambe; Cellar on Hornby

Please read entire listing before booking. If you want to be right in the heart of Morecambe but eventually want to retreat for peace and quiet, then this cosy cellar is for you. Located down a very bumpy track, it’s a 2 min walk straight to the prom and beach and a flat easy 10 minute walk to the centre of the town where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, a cinema, a bowling alley and the legendary Winter Gardens venue. A 10 minute drive and you're on the M6, it couldn't be easier

Stepping Stone View - Character Cottage - Gargrave

Stepping Stone View is located in the beautiful village of Gargrave, overlooking the River Aire. The village has a handy shop, 2 pubs, tea room and Indian restaurant all within a couple of minutes walk. Situated on the Pennine way the village has great access to the Yorkshire Dales with Malham a 15 minute drive away. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 king-size and a twin. Downstairs you will find a cosy lounge with log burner leading to the kitchen diner. There is a generous garden with a seating area.

Shed End, in 18th century Lothersdale Mill

In the Weaving Shed of an attractive former textile mill, on the Pennine Way in North Yorkshire. The small rural valley of Lothersdale is five miles from Skipton and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer bikes, many country walks, and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). Popular tourist towns of Skipton and Haworth are nearby. * Shed End and my other place, The Workshop, are in the same building.

The Riverside Tailor's at Wray

With its garden backing onto the River Roeburn in the friendly conservation village of Wray in the Forest of Bowland AONB, the spacious and characterful Tailor's Cottage is perfect for lovers of the great outdoors and wild swimming, cosy evenings in front of a wood-burning stove, long soaks in a real bathtub, and evenings at the welcoming village pub. Stunning woodland, hill and riverside walks begin at the front door, and the mountains of the Yorkshire Dales are just a ten minute drive.

Waterfall Cottage - wild gardens & treehouse beds

Waterfall Cottage is a cosy cottage in Earby sleeping 5. Waterfall Cottage is perfect for families or couples. With a double bedroom, treehouse-style bunk room for 3 children, log burner, large beautiful woodland garden, cosy lounge, kitchen and family bathroom it is the ideal retreat. We're close to Skipton, Malham, The Yorkshire Dales & Ribble Valley. Within 1 hour you can be in Leeds, Bradford, Blackpool or The South Lakes. There's so much for families to do when you stay with us.

Ansdell Hideaway

Stunning Victorian terrace in leafy Lytham. Every element of the house is new from the front gate to the back gate. Completely renovated & refurbished. Perfectly located near to Ansdell train station and next to the golf course. A short walk to Lytham, Fairhaven Lake & St Anne’s. Only a short drive from Blackpool & all of its attractions. A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.

Hobbit House in The Dell

As you approach the hobbit house you'll be greeted by a charming small green door hidden within a developing garden. Complete with a stream and weir and fragrant herbs in the summer. Step inside and you'll find yourself in a cozy and inviting space, filled with natural light and earthy tones. The Hobbit House features a comfortable living area, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a stove, fridge, and all the necessary utensils.
