Modern kitchenette will allow you to prepare quick meals. We live in the upper levels with our dog (Esther) so you will hear us moving around a bit. A luxurious master bedroom, sunroom / bedroom, kitchen and bath. We are in the heart of Lincoln. Built in 1887 & on the National Register of historic places, and a local landmark. The suite is fully furnished with two queen-size beds, desk, small refrigerator, coffee maker, hot plate and dishes. A mini-split a/c & heat pump provides cooling and heat, in addition to radiators. It is on the 2nd floor of the home. Property owners & a few tenants are on site. We have 2 friendly dogs.
