Get cozy in the living room with a comfy couch and loveseat in front of the gas fireplace. Equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for small loads of laundry. Parking is easy with two off-street parking spots. Bonus 2-person hot tub off the deck. ****Due to local zoning regulations, I am only able to offer stays of 31 days or longer via airbnb or similar rental platforms.***

The inside, furnished by our neighboring Olde Mill House Shoppes has a modern kitchen and amenities boast comfort and convenience. Stairs are a must in this old home, with 2 bedrooms (1 overlooking the falls & one having 2 queen beds) and a full bath are upstairs. Dogs ok with messaging.

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Take it easy and relax amongst nature, at this newly renovated old stone farmhouse. Semi-detached, 2 bedroom house is half of this old stone farmhouse originally built in the 1800s. On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Just steps from Excelsior, Marriot, Central Market, Tellus360, Fulton Opera House, art galleries, and everything Lancaster City has to offer. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.
