Located 3 miles south of Lancaster, we are 15-20 minutes within major attractions including Sight & Sound Theatre, Amish Country, Strasburg, and Lititz.

Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate exterior entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Just steps from Excelsior, Marriot, Central Market, Tellus360, Fulton Opera House, art galleries, and everything Lancaster City has to offer. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The Loft at Legacy Manor is a bright and inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat, perfect for couples, solo travelers, and remote workers. Enjoy a handcrafted latte or cold brew with complimentary Lancaster County Coffee Co. espresso beans using the Ninja Luxe Espresso Machine, then relax in your private fenced courtyard with a fire pit, charcoal grill, and dining area. Built in 1753, this 1000 square feet, newly restored limestone cottage was the original settlement home on the 135-acre homestead. Boasting a French country esthetic, this little darling has the most captivating views of rolling hills, a brook, and lush green farmland.
