Renovated 2 bedroom house located next to Meadia Heights Golf Course. This home offers hardwood floors, 2 full baths, private patio and a decorative stone fireplace. House is conveniently located within minutes of historical Lancaster city where you can discover quaint shops, interesting restaurants and an eclectic farmers market. Both bedrooms and both baths are located on the first floor. The Cottage accepts dogs with prior approval. Cats are only accepted for long stays with prior approval.

It offers a 1st floor bedrm,full bath w/shower in tub , LR w/ gas fireplace,kitchen, laundry, dining area which opens onto a secluded patio, water feature,and perennial flower gardens. Please: Stay clear of the fountain and rocks. There is an underground pool under the stones, to circulate the water. The upstairs has a bedrm w/twin beds, & loft w/pullout sofa.

Our house is within walking distance from all the restaurants, shops, and activities Lancaster City has to offer, as well as, a quick drive to Route 30 that leads to the adventures in Amish country.

Life in Lanc

Life in Lanc is located on the outskirts of downtown Lancaster City, just 15 minutes from the city square, Millersville, and from Strasburg and Amish country. This townhome was just built in 2020, and the Airbnb basement portion was finished in 2022, giving this space a new clean and fresh aesthetic. While the rest of the townhome is lived-in by us, the owners, all of the space you are booking is completely private.
