The Cottage on The Green

Renovated 2 bedroom house located next to Meadia Heights Golf Course. This home offers hardwood floors, 2 full baths, private patio and a decorative stone fireplace. House is conveniently located within minutes of historical Lancaster city where you can discover quaint shops, interesting restaurants and an eclectic farmers market. Both bedrooms and both baths are located on the first floor. The Cottage accepts dogs with prior approval. Cats are only accepted for long stays with prior approval.

Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate exterior entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. Right in the middle of downtown, we have on-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Smoking is not permitted and all rescue/shelter pets are welcome. Please no puppy mill pups.
