Relax in our modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family beach house on the beach front at Two Rocks. Just a short 3 min walk to Leeman’s Landing, one of Two Rocks best beaches. House is well equipped for your family stay with games, DVDs and WIFI. There is a secure backyard and lawn to play back yard games. At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The marina and local shopping centre with IGA supermarket, bakery and several cafes is just a short 2 min drive away.

Decorated in a style which combines the essence of a shabby chic beach cottage with the Hamptons and provincial France this lovely house offers a location which is only a 3 minute walk to the ocean and the river.

STRA6041J5RHO4VY Guilderton is situated at the mouth of the Moore River. It is the perfect weekend getaway or family holiday. Only 50 min drive from Joondalup. The house is a modern two-story holiday home with views of the ocean and an easy 500m walk to the dog-friendly beach. You have full access to the whole house Max of 8 guests (min 2-night stay). Charges apply for cleaning and Pets are welcome. A lower price is available if less than 4 people are staying for the entire booking

A walk along the shoreline brings you to the serenity of the sandbar and estuary where the Moore River meets the Indian Ocean. A reminder - parties at the house are not permitted.

The Glass House

Front row glass beach house: 100m to the mouth of the Moore River Stunning, architect designed beach house with best views of river estuary and ocean. A great nature based holiday spot. Canoe up the Moore River, fun safe swimming in the estuary. BYO linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels NOT provided). The house has three queen sized beds and a bunk room with two sets of bunks. It is a beach house and can be cool in winter. No central heating, only portable heaters.

This Lancelin house is furnished to meet your needs, great for family or friends get togethers or just for a couple wanting to get away. Walking distance to everything, 200 metres to the shops, 5 minute stroll to the beach, 10 minute stroll to the jetty/ pub and the dunes are just down the road.

Coasters Cottage nestled between the sand and sea

Set in a town bountiful in adventure, Coasters captures the restoration needed after a day of waves, 4wd adventures or just a rest from the day to day. This tree bounded property is a few mins walk to the bay, the sand dunes and the Lancelin Sands/Three Emus Restaurant.
