House is well equipped for your family stay with games, DVDs and WIFI. There is a secure backyard and lawn to play back yard games. At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The marina and local shopping centre with IGA supermarket, bakery and several cafes is just a short 2 min drive away.

Our property contains a large living area, Foxtel Platinum (all channels), kitchen, indoor toilet & vanity & outdoor bathroom / laundry and large undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. Unfortunately, NO PETS ALLOWED in the Caravan Park. Guests need to bring towels, pillows, sheets & blankets as these are not available. Guests are expected clean the place on departure.

We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep park is just a short drive away. Away from the city with views of the famous Lancelin sand dunes and the Indian Ocean you can lay in the sun or snuggle up alongside the fire in winter.
