Forge Cottage

We have recently updated this cottage ---- with a new kitchen with a proper hob and oven, and also replaced all the windows and even the front door ! The Forge cottage is set on our working sheep farm, on the Durham Northumberland border. Ideal for couples, or people traveling on their own, the cottage is a great location for local attractions such as Beamish Museum, Durham, Newcastle, Kilhope lead mining museum etc., but it's also great for those looking for peace and quiet and country walks !!

Country Manor House - Nr Richmond North Yorkshire

No.2 West Layton Manor is part of an Historic Victorian Manor House built in 1872. The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. The village is an ideal place to stay in County Durham with Durham City only a 15 minute drive and Newcastle a 30 minute drive where you will discover stunning architecture, shopping centres and restaurants galore. You will be spoilt for choice!

Ivesley Cottage. The cottage is a two bedroom mid terrace property sleeping 4 people. It has an open planned dining/lounge with a log effect burner for cosy nights, a well equipped fitted kitchen, separate utility, a fully fitted bathroom (over bath shower), oil central heating, double glazed windows and composite outer doors. There is car parking to the front & private drive for 2 cars at the rear of the property, a block paved yard and a large garden with patio seating area.

Stow House Farm Cottages, Cornmill Cottage

Situated on a rural farm on the outskirts of Durham, our three bedroom, stone built cottage has been lovingly converted from the farm’s former cornmill. It can comfortably accommodate six guests and is perfect for larger families or groups of friends. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.
