Case Catalano is an holiday home decorated with refined accuracy in details, where the atmosphere that envelops the traveller is exquisitely familiar and warm-hearted. The furniture is the original tradition of Abruzzo, all the bedding is made of linen and comes from the local tradition of weaving. The apartments Lucertola Muralis and Falco Pellegrino, at the first floor, are about 50 sqm. The entry is autonomous, with a courtyard in front and a stone barbecue. The apartments include living room with comfortable sofa bed and equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. They can accommodate 2+2 guests. The apartments Gufo Reale, at the ground floor, and Picchio Rosso, at the first floor, are about 80 sqm. The entry is autonomous, with a courtyard in front and a stone barbecue. The apartments include living room with comfortable sofa bed and equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom and storage room or pantry. They can accommodate 3+2 guests. Outside of Case Catalano there is an ample parking. The House is surrounded by 7 acres of woodland property.

Lotus House B&B is inside a building which houses the architectural office of the owners’ son. The building has been recently refurbished in its entirety, and the idea was to integrate the surrounding environment into it. The walls have been covered with cork panels, an entirely natural, unalterable, odourless and free from toxic emissions with excellent dielectric features product, which is able to provide comfortable and healthy spaces; the rooms and the surfaces have been covered with micro-resin for green-building project, whose colours recall those of a wood; far from the noises heard in town, the rooms are filled with the chirping of the birds and the pleasant smell of the surrounding olive trees.
