The Quirky Houseboat Dodge

A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. Sit outside and enjoy the RSPBs' smallest reserve. Cross the towpath to the park and playground, 2 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to town centre. The Dodge is loved by adults and children and featured in CBBC’s All Over The Place. It is comfy and cosy, sleeps 5 (two doubles and optional single bed).

Emoyeni is a private, self-contained annexe with its own entrance situated alongside our home. It is a small but modern studio space with kitchen/lounge area, large comfortable bed and compact shower room with sink and toilet. It comfortably sleeps 2 guests and is the perfect base for a couple on a relaxed staycation to explore West Sussex or a home away from home if you are travelling to Worthing for work. Note- we don’t feel our space is suitable for young children and infants.

A modern self-contained annexe apartment with a private entrance leading to a good sized kitchenette and sitting area, with table, chairs and TV. Outside there's a screened patio area for guests with picnic table, room for bike storage and a parking space (there also an electric vehicle charging point for use by arrangement).

The kitchen is open plan and fitted with all appliances to make your stay a home from home.
