This unique and off-the-beaten path home is a special opportunity for a short or long getaway. Located on a ski-sized lake, it is great for fishing, enjoying nature and farm animals and relaxing! This home is located on an active family farm, complete with cows, donkeys, mini goats and chickens. This certified green Tiny has two bedrooms, two lofted sleeping areas upstairs and one full bathroom with a stand-up shower. A nearby hammock completes the total rejuvenating experience. Feel far away!

Enjoy the use of the onsite pool and Private 1-bedroom apartment in a peaceful waterfront community! Equipped with your own kitchenette and separate living area. Enjoy the serenity of swimming in your own pool on your vacation or relaxing work stay. Lounge chairs will make your stay even more relaxing. Close to the Veterans expressway and easy access to local restaurants, beaches, 10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from the river walk, and entertainment. This apartment is 300 square feet

Both Convenience & peace! Enjoy your stay in our guest suite with serene water views on a small lake. Spacious suite features a full bedroom, full bath, & living room. We offer a comfy queen bed & if there’s a 3rd occupant, a trundle bed is available. Separate entrance to suite. Located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Close to USF, Busch Gardens, Lowry Zoo, & just 12 minutes to downtown. Finally, small dogs are welcome (extra fee applies, see house rules for details) (no cats).

2 people max cozy cottage with all the amenities of home with a lakefront view. There's a firepit for those colder nights and kayaks & peddleboats for the more adventurous ones, or just sit back and take in some sun on our beautiful dock. Centrally located in between the Veterans Expressway and I 275, minutes from shopping, Lake Park, Adventure Island and Busch Gardens ...Lutz has something for everyone, don't let your friends and family stay in a hotel, we've got it all waiting right here!

You’ll have the Entire 500sq ft Cottage & private entry, deck/dock, all to yourself. Located on a 37-acre private ski lake.Key-pad entry, private parking. 1 king bed, 1 bath, queen sofa bed, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV’s, blackout curtains,shampoo,conditioner,hairdryer,WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

We're a quiet, small, serene old neighborhood on the end of a cul-de-sac and nearly floating on a lagoon! Florida nature at it's finest. The home is just 4 feet off the sea wall so the home is best suited for adults that are looking for that quiet get-a-way. Upper has 2 beds & a tri-fold mattress. Our driveway is shared so we can accommodate for one vehicle and it must fit under our carport and there is no street parking. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs permitted.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets around the fire pit. Kayak, paddle board (included) or fish from the dock. Or sit and relax on the screened patio with your favorite beverage at the outdoor bar. Or venture to beautiful downtown Tampa and enjoy the Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, or the Rays baseball team

Soak in the outdoor pool surrounded by mature live oaks or take a canoe out on the river. Top beaches are 35 minutes by car. Great for a couple or a small family.

Come enjoy our water view suite!! We're centrally located 30 minutes to the airport/Tampa city limits, 19 minutes to apollo beach, 45 minutes to Sarasota or St. Peterburg (all these are est. without traffic). We are family orientated because we have a family ourselves - toys, and kids' strollers are available. Wifi and a table to do your work with a view of our lake are available. Come enjoy Tampa!
