'Het Knolletje' is located on the rear side of the barnhouse and has beautiful view overlooking the garden and the forrest. Sleep in and wake up to the singing birds, enjoy a cup of coffee with a book on your own terrace or play a game of badminton in the garden. Quiet, cosy B&B with private sauna and hot tub

The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

Welkom in Sint Hubert! Geniet in deze bosrijke omgeving van de rust en de natuur. Ons gastenverblijf bevindt zich in het heerlijk koele souterrain met eigen ingang, gelegen onder onze eigen woning. De accommodatie grenst aan het natuurgebied de Molenheide. Hier kun je heerlijk wandelen, mountainbiken of genieten van de reeën en ander wild. Als je even geen behoefte hebt aan avontuur kun je ontspannen in onze tuin. Neem een duik in het zwembad of kom tot rust in de Finse hottub. Tot snel!

Riant huis, veranda, grote tuin, natuur en water

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt uitzicht op het water. Met maar liefst vijf terrassen, waaronder twee sfeervolle veranda's waarvan één met een houtkachel, is er altijd een plekje om te ontspannen. De badkamer heeft een heerlijke regendouche. Op de begane grond vind je een royale slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een 1-persoonsbed. Op de eerste verdieping is een 2-persoonsbed in een aparte open ruimte. Het grote gazon is perfect voor een potje voetbal of badminton!

Word wakker midden in de natuur, vanuit een unieke buitenwoning: onze Ger. Hij staat in ons prachtige landgoed vol leven: gezang van vogels, rondscharrelende kippen en katten, blatende schapen, spelende kinderen, eetbare planten en heel veel groen in ons bos, velden en moestuin. In de Ger kom je tot rust, op de bank bij de houtkachel of in het comfortabele tweepersoonsbed. Daarnaast kan je gebruik maken van een gedeelde keuken, douche en composttoilet.

Ons ruime appartement (met 2 slaapkamers, woonkamer en eigen keuken) ligt in het pittoreske Overasselt midden in het groen, direct aan prachtige fiets en wandelroutes, direct aan de Maas(dijk) en vlakbij het Overasseltse vennengebied. Naast rust, ruimte en natuur liggen steden zoals Nijmegen, Arnhem en Den Bosch vlakbij. De voorzieningen zijn nieuw en goed verzorgd (het appartement is in juni 2020 gerealiseerd en pas sindsdien als (air)B&B geopend).

Our house is located in the countryside, between cows, meadows and cornfields, in the middle of a green oasis of tranquility. For our guests the house has an independent apartment with own entrance, a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a private terrace and garden. In the living room can be placed an extra double bed so than we still can offer a spacious accommodation for four people. Village 10 minutes by bike.
