位於Pettneu am Arlberg中心的全新翻修農舍（2017年12月完成），距離世界著名的St.Anton 6公里。整個滑雪季節都有定期的滑雪巴士連接，也有夏季服務。 無論是冬天滑雪還是夏天騎自行車和徒步旅行，這間舒適的房子都有150平方公尺的個人住宿，以及共用的滑雪/自行車房和停車位。
