Totalrenoverat 2023 med golvvärme, kaklat badrum och fullt utrustat kök, men också fokus på att bevara husets själ. Omgivet av vacker natur, äppelodlingar och olika turistmål, med samtidigt närhet till Jönköping, gör det drängstugan till en lantlig idyll med många möjligheter!

Welcome to this magical summer residence! A typical Swedish little red cottage which lies next to a small bird lake and with the Swedish forest surrounding the area. Large grass lawn to run around, safe, tranquil and rich in wildlife. A peace full paradise. Enjoy the new sauna with panoramic windows or take a hot bath in the wood-fired barrel right next to the lake. The hot tub is not open during the winter due to the water freezing, from November to March. The sauna is open all year round.

Cottage, private beach, boat and sauna near Gränna

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Varje sovrum samt vardagsrummet har varsin TV med brett kanalutbud samt filmstreamingtjänst. Köket är utrustat med kylskåp, micro, induktionsspis, ugn, diskmaskin samt kaffemaskin. Kombinerad tvätt/torkmaskin i badrum Gratis parkering med möjlighet att köpa till laddning av elbil. Närhet till flera busshållplatser.

Välkommen till Kaxholmen. Njut av utsikten över sjön, se er omkring i vår vackra bygd med äppelodlingar och vackra vyer. Gå upp på Vistakulle och kolla på utsikten över Vättern och Landsjön. Handla närodlat på Rudenstam i Gisebo eller ta en fika & shoppa på Grafitgrå vid Badplatsen i Kaxholmen. Gör en utflykt till Jönköping, Huskvarna eller Gränna/Visingsö m.m. I Kaxholmen har vi även en mataffär Ica och en Pizzeria ca 1 km från vårt hus. Obs! Huset är Rök & djurfritt!

The back of the property is surrounded by deep, idyllic forest directly connected to the grounds, while the front provides a unique vista of the beautiful lake! Approximately 100 meters from the cottage, you’ll find a cozy public bathing area. Explore the nature and hiking trails around the lake. 3 kilometers to the nearest golf course.

Stay in beautiful Lindås, "Bullerbyn" in our cottage from 1790 carefully renovated 2004. Located on our farm. For summer as well as winter. Close to lake, Isaberg skiresort and cross country center in Tranemo. Close to Golf Club with 36 holes. The nature just outside the door Hike-in/Hike-out. Food at request. Peace and silent. A place to remember.

Bo vid äppelodling i vackra Skärstadalen

Nyrenoverat mysigt boende i Äppelodling mellan Jönköping och Gränna. Fristående stuga lantligt belägen på Vistakulle Fruktodling med utsikt över vår fina äppelodling där det även finns en liten vinodling. Närheten till hela äppeldalens vackra natur som erbjuder många utflyktsmål samt endast 15 min bilresa till centrala Jönköping gör läget unikt.

Trevligt boende med närhet till det mesta.

Här bor du på nedre plan i vårt suterränghus med egen ingång och egen uteplats. Den här delen av Huskvarna kallas för solsidan på grund av sina magiska solnedgångar. Vi väljer lakan/kuddar av bra kvalité. Handdukar som ger lyxig känsla, och erbjuder jacuzzi och lån av cyklar till en billig penning. Hos oss är du alltid välkommen!
