We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Whether you’re here to relax by the water, explore the coast, or enjoy local dining and attractions, our location makes it easy. Come unwind, recharge, and make yourself at home!

The Love Shack by Heceta Beach

This adorable little 450 sq ft cottage is perfect for 1-2 guests and is just a short walk to spectacular Heceta Beach. Walk to Jerry's, a friendly local pub with a pool table, juke box, full bar, and darn good food! We love the Driftwood Shores little Market & Deli for a beverage or quick bite. With the ocean, lakes, river, sand dunes and lush environment there's good reason that Florence is called "Oregon's Coastal Playground!" Need a separate workspace? We've got that too.

Hot Tub Ocean access river Dock

Time to enjoy life! soak in the hot tub. Fish for salmon right from your own private dock on the siltcoos river! Dock your boat or have fun with sup, kayak and canoes. 100 yard paddle east to the second largest lake on the oregon coast. Or paddle west 2 miles on the Relaxed river to the ocean where you can then get out and play on the beach! Bird watch as you catch your fish. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil place.

Orchard Cottage

Welcome to the cottage in the country! A lovely spot to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet. This spot is within 5 minutes of the Eugene airport, and 10 minutes of downtown Eugene, it's the perfect in-between! We offer free wifi, Roku TV, and Netflix. We have a large fenced in area for dogs and the wetlands across the street for bird viewing or walking. This spot is a great outdoor getaway or stopping point during travels.

Unbelievable views from every window; even on a rainy day, you'll catch yourself frittering away the time staring up river, or at the surrounding coast range mountains. Truly heaven on earth. This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property - only grassy areas and river bank are shared.

With a convenient bus line at your doorstep, explore the city with ease. Enjoy the updated kitchen and in-unit laundry, perfect for extended stays. Stroll to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and parks for a memorable experience.

Orchard Alley Guesthouse

Newly restored beautiful two-story 1925 cottage three blocks from the UO campus, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena. Hike or bike to nearby Willamette River trails. Flyfish or raft the famous McKenzie River. Day trip 90 minutes to the Oregon coast, two hours to the Cascades or Portland, 60 minutes to Salem, 45 minutes to Corvallis. Free off-street parking.

The Nest

This quaint cottage provides a cozy stay with all the creature comforts. Wake up to the sound of birds while you relax with your morning coffee or tea on the covered porch or snuggle up with a good book by the fire. Come enjoy the beauty of the country! Guest check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Non-smoking We do not allow large gatherings.

Let the river sing you to sleep in this sweet and brand new little cottage. Our place is within easy walking distance to restaurants and stores for any supplies you may need when you hit the trails. Or, you could just hang out here, cast a fly, launch a raft or enjoy the sounds and sights of the beautiful middle fork of the Willamette River, just being.
