Hobby Farm Apartment

A peaceful setting 1 mile out of the town of Junction City (known for it’s annual Scandinavian Festival) and just 9 miles north of Eugene. You will be staying on a 2 1/2 acre hobby farm with chickens, goats, orchard, and grape arbor. The one bedroom guest house off the shop (used mostly for storage) is aprox 700 square feet with a living room, large bedroom, full kitchen with range, refrigerator, pantry, and bath. Guests have access of the property and a designated picnic table and yard.

Gatherings are awesome on the large deck. Inside there is a wood-burning fireplace and super comfy beds. McKenzie River trail's bike shuttle is across the street - ride back to the house. Perfectly situated, close to the McKenzie River Trail & other trails, local hot springs & restaurants.

Carriage House

The Carriage House is a unique and private space with all the amenities of a full size home. It's nestled in the back of my homestead up against the hillside in The Willamette National Forest. We're centrally located making it convenient to reach many desirable destinations from the coast to the high desert and everything in between. Downtown Eugene and The University of Oregon campus is within 30 minutes. It's an ideal spot for a weekend getaway or an extended stay for business trips.

Private and tucked away from the crowds, our Tamolitch Cabin is the perfect base camp for 2 to 3 people as you explore all the McKenzie River has to offer. Our property is nestled in the woods, just far enough off the highway that all you can hear is the sound of gentle rushing water. We offer guided rafting trips, mountain bike rentals and shuttles and more. We welcome people from all backgrounds and hope to share with you our love of the outdoors and our beautiful place in the woods!

All sheets are either Egyptian or Pima cotton depending on wash rotation, most blind open from the top or bottom for better privacy living room and large bedroom windows also have blackout curtains . Memory foam mattress , washer dryer , dishwasher . Fully furnished kitchen with servings for four , eating table folds to skinny top or open both sides and it seats 4

The Purple House

This cozy special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Just a short drive and you can be in Old Town Florence, at the casino, (2) golf courses and various beach selections. The Purple House is in a residential community so generally a quiet stay. The house stands out in a crowd and is easy to find. Off street, designated, parking!! (There is additional parking on the street if needed.) The apartment sleeps (4) but space is most comfortable for (2) guests.
