My home is a comfortable, informal and stylish space. The interior of the home has bagged brickwork contrasted with smooth white screeded floors giving it a chic coastal touch. The house is in the quiet suburb of Myburgh Park and is very close to the Yacht Club and North Gate of the Nature Reserve as well as Shark Bay ⛱️ beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the local shops, beach and restaurant area and about 8kms to the Laguna Mall (Woolworths etc) and Mykonos Casino and restaurant area.

This incredible property is perfectly positioned right on the edge of the beautiful blue waters of the Langebaan Lagoon. The villa is perched on the top of the property allowing for magnificent views of the lagoon, and a lovely staircase that takes you down to your own little private lagoon beach. ACCOMMODATES 12 people (8 Adults & 4 children) The villa is well equipped with comfortable furnishings & self-catering amenities, and is perfect for a weekend getaway in the Summer or Winter months.

The house has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6)and a outside room with bathroom (the flatlet is separate from the house) and can accommodate 4 guests. Maximum 10 guests. The house is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, linen and towels. Please bring own beach towels. Braai area and grid available. Perfect getaway for travelers, families, windsurfers, kitesurfers and boating on the lagoon.
