The house is a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Alkmaar and 7 minutes to the train station. The train can take you directly to Amsterdam in 35 minutes. Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. In de winter kan het te koud zijn om er te zitten alleen met de openhaard. Badkamer heeft een 2-persoons bad en een dubbele douche. In de badkamer is ook een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Heerlijk appartement om geheel op jezelf te verblijven en te genieten van de rust!

Walking distance to the cheese market, shops, restaurants, bars and monuments but the courtyard feels peaceful and secluded. Good base to explore Amsterdam, tullip fields, old villages, dunes and the nearby beaches! The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.

Studio "Het Atelier" ligt op een hele stille plek in het hart van Bergen midden in het groen. Een knus zonnig terrasje grenst aan mijn grote tuin. Hier is geen verkeer alleen natuur en rust om je heen. Toch is het minder dan 5 minuten lopen naar de supermarkt. De zee is op 5 km afstand. Het duingebied is vlakbij. Je kunt urenlang fietsen of lopen door de prachtige bossen en duinen waar wilde paarden en koeien grazen.
