This brand new 2-room apartment awaits you with a fresh & modern design. The location is very good: Walking distance to bus and S-Bahn and very close to BER airport. Nevertheless, the surrounding area is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. You can start your day with a coffee on the balcony and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. The apartment has a comfortable double bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and everything you need. The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower and of course I provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo. The apartment also offers space for a third guest with the comfortable sofa bed. Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the building.

Absolute peace and quiet at home with breathtaking views over the city (Fernsehturm, Rotes Rathaus, large inner courtyard roof terrace with loungers) and luxury interiors. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Bäckerei im historischen Fischerkietz. Der Straßenzug erinnert mit seinen denkmalgeschützen Häusern an eine Dorfstraße aus der Jahrhundertwende. Die Schlossinsel wie auch die Altstadt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Sommer kann man im Flußbad oder im Müggelsee schwimmen. Der Flughafen BER ist in 45 min mit Bus (162/164) und S-Bahn (45/9) erreichbar. Wer Städtetrip und Entspannung verbinden möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Unsere Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen Berlin-Brandenburg. Zur Tesla Gigafactory sind es ca. 20 Autominuten (16 km). Tolle Aussicht auf den See mit unmittelbarer Waldnähe. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Die Wohnfläche beträgt 130 qm. 1 km zum nächsten Supermarkt und ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW zum Zentrum Berlins. Gute Anbindung mit der BVG. Man erreicht das Zentrum in ca. 45 min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Mit 105m² Wohnfläche bietet die Wohnung viel Raum für Familien, Pärchen, Freunde oder auch Home-Office (sehr schnelle Internetverbindung 200Mbps) und wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und dekoriert. Für regnerische Tage haben wir einen gemütlichen TV Bereich mit Netflix & Disney+ für euch.
