Our family has lived here since 1890, and we have a wonderful guest cottage sitting on the high bank with 180-degree views of Saratoga Passage, Mount Baker, and the North Cascades. With 900 square feet of open living area, a fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed, high speed internet, 2 TV's, beautiful furnishings and easy access to the beach it's the perfect get-away!

With its own private entrance, you will have the downstairs apartment in our gorgeous island home, surrounded by massive cedar and fir trees, lush landscaping, and a beautiful, large pond. Wander down to the pond, sit, meditate, absorb the pervasive peace of this property. Apartment amenities include washer, dryer, wi-fi, cable TV, fully-appointed kitchen. We also have a PacnPlay with sheet, if you have an infant/baby up to 2 years.

Enjoy the wide sandbar, 2 small kids kayaks and 2 adult kayaks for paddling, a swimming raft, low-populated beach, and hiking trails across the road. The newly-renovated kitchen has a 180 degree water view. The large fireplace makes for a comfortable and cozy retreat.

The primary and guest room reflect the highest quality beds and luxury linens. In the living room cozy up by the fireplace or cook a gourmet meal in our fully equipped high end kitchen. Off the living room there's a private balcony which overlooks a tranquil green space.

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

This peaceful, coastal cottage was built in 2019 and sits on 5 acres of lush green grass, gardens and overlooks Deer Lagoon and Useless Bay. The bright, modern farmhouse is magazine worthy, immaculate and features all brand new and top of the line furniture, appliances, linens, towels and is completely outfitted for the gourmet cook. For babies, the cottage provides a pak n play, booster seat and toys. For adults there is bocce ball and croquet upon request.
