Your kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal. 2 miles to MSU, 20 min to Sparrow/Capitol, 10 min to Lake Lansing. The backyard is absolutely breathtaking with a swimming pool and outdoor seating for you to enjoy. Dining options, the best groceries, and public transportation are all walking distance! We live upstairs with our cairn terrier and cat and will be sharing the yard with you.

Fast private wifi 6 and Ethernet are available (fiber optic:max download 1Gbs, upload 1Gbs) NO ANIMALS/PETS are allowing inside the studio: $1000 fine if you would bring it in. NO SMOKING of any kind are allowed. IF YOU Would smoke, you will be fine $500.

The unit has a tv with Youtube TV and access to other streaming channels if you use your own log-ins. We also have internet access so you can work or play. There is parking in the rear.

We live right across the hall so are available for help, questions, or recommendations for local restaurants and other highlights

Sparrow Annex, Upstairs < 2 miles MSU

Note: Relatively steep stairs; small children only with notice so can install safety railing. Clawfoot tub requires dexterity to enter/exit; if more than 6 feet tall you will need to bend down for shower. Dad Spotted Mom-upstairs. Enjoy a stay where our father first spotted our mother as she was roller-skating by in the late 1940’s. Their marriage of 63+ years resulted in 5 children; this is lucky house!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This 1 bedroom apartment is situated in a mid-century constructed building in an urban area. Located minutes from MSU campus and walking distance to downtown Lansing. The apartment has everything you will need for a short or extended stay. Please note the second bed is a sofa bed. Not everyone finds them to be comfortable.
