Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Located in a family-friendly area, my home is a true neighborhood experience. The historic Westside neighborhood is safely walkable, making it easy to enjoy a stroll. I am a local and MSU graduate and happy to share more recommendations to help you enjoy your visit. Guests have private access to the entire home, including the backyard. Off-street parking is available. A 5 minute walk to The Irish Pub, Harry's Place Bar & Grill, Rock's Party Store, Biggby Coffee and Hela's Kitchen (Mexican)

Our historic studio apartment is located steps from the Capitol, right in the heart of Lansing and all of the shopping, restaurants and attractions it has to offer! Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, 55-inch flat screen TV with xfinity stream app, open floor plan, brand new queen bed, in-unit laundry and more, all with with an unbeatable location! For purposes of sleeping for extra guest, the couch in the room is not a pull out and only 1 person can fit. We can provide linens upon request.

NO SMOKING of any kind are allowed. IF YOU Would smoke, you will be fine $500.

Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
