A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Fall, winter and spring are great times to enjoy the beauty of the lake as well. The cottage is on a private road in a quiet neighborhood. Myers Park is a short walk away. Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. The bedroom has a queen bed, a seating corner, a small fold-out sleeper for 1, a private bath, and a kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker). A 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and to Cornell University. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a larger house; the stairway is shared with the owners and other Airbnb guests.
