Cute basement apartment; walk to MSU & Frandor

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.

Sparrow Annex, Down < 2 miles MSU

Dad Spotted Mom-downstairs. Come enjoy a stay at the house in which our father first spotted our mother as she was roller-skating by back in the late 1940’s. Their love-at first sight romance led to five children and a marriage of 63+ years, so this must be a pretty lucky house! Enjoy the privacy of the entire first floor of this newly renovated house, complete with brand new appliances, furniture, and bed.
