Our private, pet friendly location (3 acres) is the perfect base for exploring Central VI. Feeling adventurous? You could ski, surf, golf, bike and hike all in one day! If not so ambitious, enjoy a day of sight seeing, exploring local beaches, snuggle up by the fireplace. Or, better yet, grab a blanket and stargaze on the private patio with propane fireplace and roast marshmallows. Come stay in our new lovely above ground basement suite. We live above with our 3 young kids and noise should be expected between 8am-11pm. This probably isn't for you if you're looking for a serene, romantic getaway. It's comfortable, A/C, has a fabulous view, is centrally located for island adventures. A licensed clean cozy convenient micro studio + private bathroom and entrance - easy self check-in, free parking, full-sized bed (54" x 75", fits a solo or slim duo), near downtown, VIU, schools, hospital, sports arenas, ferries, 4 bus routes nearby, embraced by beautiful parks and trails, pretty mountain view. drive 5 mins or walk 20 mins to downtown/waterfront/VIU, drive 10 mins to Departure Bay. Tip: book multiple nights to save on cleaning, as it is charged once per booking.
