Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. To our dear future guests, we are fully at your disposal for any question or help you might need. We will certainly do our best to make your vacation pleasant and delightful. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, market, cafes, and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Old town is 4 km away and the nearest public bus stop is 50 m away from the apartment. Situated just above the "Sunset beach" in Lapad bay area.You will have: whole apartment (75m2) for yourself, dinning terrace (30m2), chill-out terrace (50m2) / a private garden area and a private parking. Apartment is part of the "Marijan” gallery built by Marijan Kockovic, a world renowned artist. Studio "You & Me" is cute and comfortable studio for two, located in Dubrovnik, Lapad area, only 1 min away by foot from Lapad promenade and couple of minutes by foot from popular Sunset beach Lapad. Secured and free parking in our yard. Fast WIFI. Many bars and restaurants in the area. Also, we are 10 minutes away from the Old town BY BUS (about 3.5km far). The bus stop, supermarket, open green market are all in very short walking distance.

Apartman je na 150 metara udaljenosti od mora te šetališta Uvala Lapad i plaža. Studio apartman nalazi se na poluotoku Lapad. Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad.
