All bedrooms. kitchen and living room are equipped with airconditioning for cooling and heating. Karaalioğlu Park, Mermerli beach and the supermarket are a 5 minute walk away.

It is inside a gated community and offers a shared pool, garden access, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Ideal for remote work and a peaceful stay. The site pool is open from June to September. Guests have the entire 1-bedroom home to themselves; the pool and common areas are shared. One bicycle is offered as a complimentary extra; small maintenance is the guest’s responsibility.
