Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.

The home is perfect for entertaining with a shuffleboard and foosball tables, two 50" smart TV's and a fully stocked kitchen.

Your space occupies the DOWNSTAIRS UNIT with your own private entrance, Kitchen, Large Living Room, 2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds and 2 Bathrooms. Feel free to use the large courtyard to relax and BBQ. 1 to 2 dogs allow for a fee of $35 per booking. EV charge available at $25 per charge.
