Our beach house is truly a beachfront house only a few steps from the beach. It is located inside a 24/7 secure gated community in the Laguna Shores Resort. Most comfortable for 6 adults and 4 (teens) children (10 total people. The community has a fantastic restaurant, pool with a swim-up bar, tennis court, fitness center, spa, and more. Upon booking, you will receive more information. Puerto Penasco you will experience a unique high/low tide. Some days the tide is high and some days low.

This 2-bedroom unit is on the 6th floor with a spectacular view from patio. The resort is family oriented, pet friendly with a get-away-from-it-all atmosphere. Unit will sleep 8 people comfortably, master bedroom has a Queen Size bed and a day bed with trundle. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and shares hallway bathroom. There is a big dining table, bar stools and a small sofa sleeper in living room. The beach is a short walk on a pathway through the resorts eighteen-hole putting course

Located in Las Conchas Sec 9, Grey Storm house is a unique retreat just 2 minutes walk from a pristine beach and 10 minutes drive to walmart, 15 minutes to El Malecon and Bars. Your space occupies the DOWNSTAIRS UNIT with your own private entrance, Kitchen, Large Living Room, 2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds and 2 Bathrooms. Feel free to use the large courtyard to relax and BBQ. 1 to 2 dogs allow for a fee of $35 per booking. EV charge available at $25 per charge.
