The self-contained LOWER level of the house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry/mudroom, & an open living space spanning the kitchen, dining, & living room. A large fenced yard make it kid & pet friendly too.

Fully renovated 1909 historic Deary house. Each bedroom provides room and comfort and a full bathroom for our guests. Modern well- equipped kitchen with just about everything you need to put on a feast. Open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room so everyone can enjoy each other while not feeling cramped. Located in semi rural area near University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. 7 miles from Washington State University. Great views of the Palouse; easy access to town and schools. Comfortable 900 sq ft apartment with separate entrance from main house. Are you coming into town for business at the U of I, WSU or SEL? This would be a great place to spend several days to a week. Visiting family? Vacationing? Great for extended visits. Discounts for stays of 7 or more days.

MountainVista: a quiet, country retreat.

Our private MountainVista guesthouse is your ideal starting point whether you are attending a university event or exploring the Palouse country. Located 17 miles from Moscow, our comfortable guesthouse provides you with peace and quiet along with a scenic view of Moscow Mountain. MountainVista offers a well equipped dedicated workspace. Air condition units are in bedrooms only. Our driveway is somewhat steep and gravel, not ideal for sports cars. 🙂

Mortimore Ridge Guesthouse

Atop a two car garage detached from our primary residence, our beautiful mountain guest house is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The Upper Room

Comfortable studio just steps from the University of Idaho campus on the south side of Moscow. Ideal for visiting parents, sports fans, conference guests, or college scouts. The Upper Room is a private studio with its own entrance on the same property as our Palouse View Villa. It includes a mostly full kitchen (no dishwasher), a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.

It has a large yard with a beautiful deck and is within walking distance to downtown. Easy access to both University of Idaho and Washington State University activities. Enjoy Moscow's fabulous Farmer's Market and all Moscow has to offer.

Restored 1909 Train Carriage on 145 Acres

Stay in a restored 1909 train car, with a sauna and hot tub. Set amid forest and wheat fields with beautiful views. Spectacular night skies and lots of solitude round out the experience. This car ran on the Washington Idaho & Montana Railway from 1909 until around 1955. It was, (and is), car number 306, bought new from the American Car and Foundry Co.
