Tranquil Farm - Secluded Woodland Eco Cabin

The wooden shingled cabin is totally off the grid. To reach the cabin is a short walk up through a small wood on a narrow winding path from the parking area. Built on stilts the cabin over looks farmland and woods with a long view down the valley to the hills of English Harbour. The cabin has a large bedroom with wooden four poster bed with mosquito net. Barn doors open onto a side balcony, an open air bathroom with rain water shower heated by solar and a full kitchen. Wonderful night skies.

Lake House Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Our guests are invited to walk the grounds of both castles.
