Bei uns finden Sie nicht nur eine Unterkunft, sondern ein Zuhause, in dem Sie die Herzlichkeit und die Schönheit des Landlebens genießen können.

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè immerse nella natura.

Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Situated at the ground floor of a corner row house, the flat appears bright and welcoming, placing particular emphasis on a contemporary interior and selected pieces of art and design. The apartment, fully renovated in 2022, is ideally suited for families, couples and group of friends, the perfect starting point for any sports and cultural activities.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Das Schlafzimmer ist mit Schrank und Doppelbett (160x200m) normal ausgestattet. Zum besseren Schlaf haben wir die Emma Matratze gewählt. Modernes Bad. A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Cosy flat with garden and spacious south-facing balcony to relax in the sun. Hiking and walking trails as well as numerous bike tours start directly at the house. In winter, skiing areas can be found in the surrounding area. Beautiful Merano is 35 min away. New: Beds, mattresses and bedding were completely renewed in 2022. You will sleep better here than at home. 10% discount on bookings for a full week or more. Please note: bedroom has low ceiling height.
