The home has many outdoor options; a large covered deck, covered patio and a quaint front porch. It is centrally located to everything around Florence. It is about a 10 minute drive to our growing downtown area. Then about 20 minutes to our surrounding towns: Muscle Shoals, Sheffield and Tuscumbia.

It is practically on UNA's campus, just a 2 minute walk to Starbucks & Chick-fil-A to the north, and a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown Florence to the south. Just 12 miles from downtown Florence if you'd like to visit or stay and totally relax on the lake.
