In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Eine Klimaanlage sorgt gegebenenfalls für angenehme Temperaturen. Moorlehrpfad in der Umgebung, schöner (kostenloser) Badesee im Ort, Salzburg mit dem Auto oder der Lokalbahn leicht erreichbar (ca. 35 Min Bahnfahrt und 15 Min Fußweg zum Bahnhof). Optimaler Ausgangspunkt im Grünen für Radtouren und Salzburg-Stadt Besuche!

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Das Appartment befindet sich im Keller. Putzmittel und Desinfektionsmittel sind da. Ein Fahrradweg führt rund um den Waginger und Tachinger See den wärmsten See Bayerns. Die Heidewanderung mit dem Moorsee ist nur einen Kilometer entfernt.
