Our cozy cottage is just steps from Judds Peak and 2 miles from downtown, where there is always food and fun! The Gorge Zipline is located in our quaint little town and the Green River has hiking, tubing, kayaking, white water rafting, rock climbing! Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood, the Byrd Box is a mile from our quaint downtown with shops, restaurants, and local pubs; a 20 minute drive from hiking trails, waterfalls, and apple orchards; and a short hour from the ski slopes! Come relax on our porch swing and enjoy the beautiful Blueridge Mountains. UPDATE: we recently added a fire pit patio area for your use. *Please note that our home is accessed via a short set of stairs.

The Sweet Retreat

Located in historic Druid Hills, the Sweet Retreat is conveniently situated one mile from downtown Hendersonville and about 25 minutes from Asheville and Brevard. The house was recently renovated to incorporate the many luxuries of the 21st century but maintains it's 1950's charm. It's a short walk to the Oklawaha Greenway, several restaurants and stores, and a quick scenic drive to all the beautiful spots in Western North Carolina.

From the home it takes 10 minutes to reach downtown Hendersonville, 40 minutes to downtown Asheville & 25 minutes to DuPont State Forest. You will really appreciate the secluded nature of this home and the privacy you will enjoy. We are situated at the end of a private road where it is very quiet and peaceful. (It also happens to have some stellar views). We are minutes from Downtown Brevard, and 30 min away from Asheville; in the heart of some of the best mountain biking and hiking on the East coast (plus we are close to some great Breweries.

Rainbow Vista: modern retreat with mountain views

Set on two wooded acres, Rainbow Vista is our recently built, mid-century modern retreat overlooking Reeves Cove and Pisgah National Forest. Since we can only accommodate one booking per week, we prioritize 4+ day weekend reservations. If you are looking to book 10 or more days, we may be able to adjust restrictions on check-in/check-out days. Just ask!
