The south loft has a master bedroom with French doors leading to a soaker tub and shower. The north side loft has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two full size beds. The main floor has 30' cathedral ceilings, freestanding fireplace suspended on chains, 16' dining table, custom kitchen.

The Hamer House is a 2,600+ total sq ft historic house built in 1823 and over the years has been used as a post office, general store, and inn. This 200 year old home will allow families and friends to come together, enjoy walks on the hiking trails, catch and release fishing, play on the playground and enjoy the scenery of the Avoca Park.
