Diva Farm House Escape

Are you a lover of local boutiques and Mom & Pop Shops? Well then, look no further. The Diva Farm House is nestled away in a quiet neighborhood, and is surrounded by very little traffic. The house is covered from top to bottom with knotty pine to really give you that farmhouse / cabin feel! Monticello is known for charm!

The Bird Nest

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil log cabin hand built by my grandfather and father from cypress trees pulled straight out of the Louisiana swamps. Escape the city & enjoy the serenity of the country life. Located 15 minutes from Monticello and 25 minutes from Brookhaven. Dollar General located 3 miles away & a country store with fuel 1.5 miles away. This fully furnished 2/1 currently has 1 full size & 1 queen size bed and 5’ shower(not a full tub). Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY!

The Oakland

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature situated at the corner of our main property. While the home is tiny, it is cozy and the open countryside makes up for it! The rolling pastures are typical of country life with two ponds on the property and curious livestock. The small community has a Dollar General and a country store with fuel within 2 miles either direction. Closest town is 15 miles. Shiloh Baptist Church further down the road welcomes visitors every Sunday morning.

Anchors

Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. It’s a simple treehouse built as a weekend prayer room by the Sandifers. Over a 25+ year span I had at one time or another lived with my sons in each home located on this corner 2015 both of my sons joined the NAVY. In 2018 we bought this little place we now call Anchors. This place became my “Church” Hebrews 6:19 For Hope Anchors the Soul. Anchors aweigh, my boys, anchors aweigh Until we meet again, here's wishing you a happy voyage home.

Huggies Country Getaway

Huggies is a cozy tiny home awaiting your arrival. We are located in a cozy rural township in MS. There are several churches in our community. We also have a post office, our very own Jayess General store, a great restaurant, and two Dollar General’s for all your needs. Whether you need a cozy place for the night or a peaceful getaway for the week, Huggies is your perfect pick. We have opened up more spacing around the tiny home as well as added new flooring! So excited to share this space!

Blacksmith Cottage

Enjoy quiet country setting with picturesque views of fields and pastures with cattle grazing nearby. The Blacksmith Cottage commemorates the patriarch of our family on this property. This cottage has all of the modern conveniences for a comfortable stay in a country setting. There is a country store one mile away with fuel and convenience items and a Dollar General four miles away. Shiloh Baptist Church is two and a half miles away and always welcomes visitors.

A country store with fuel and convenience items is one mile away and a Dollar General is two and a half miles. For traveling workers, Georgia Pacific paper mill is seven miles. Twelve miles to the town of Monticello and twenty one to Brookhaven.
