Enjoy garden & mountain views from the "Hummingbird Haven," our bright and comfortable work-friendly, ground-level suite - the perfect island getaway or launching point for adventures on Bainbridge and beyond. The 2-room, non-smoking space has its own entrance and patio, a king-size bed, full bath, and roomy living area with fireplace, MCM furnishings and a wet bar. Owners live upstairs. Wonderful top floor near everything! This private and charming apartment is just west of a large wooded park, the zoo, and a large lake with bike and walking trails and boat rental. Just to the North are several blocks of shops, pubs and restaurants. Very walkable, but metro is a block away and heads directly to the core of downtown and the Pike Place Market, with easy connections to the stadiums and the waterfront. Done with the city? Sit out under the 100 year old apple tree in the garden.

This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.
