Beautiful & spacious newly renovated studio perfect for a relaxing visit of Lausanne. The apartment is located in a very quiet street just 1-minute from Rue de Bourg and Saint-François (restaurants, bars, shops) You will find three supermarkets (Coop, Aldi, Lidl) within 2-minute walk from the apartment. All mayor bus lines & the metro station Bessières (m2) is located within a 2-minute walk and it’s just 3 stops to Lausanne train station. you can also walk to the train station within 10 min.

Un magnifique appartement vaste et lumineux, calme, confortable et accueillant. près du centre et bien desservi par les transports en commun, 2 chambres, 2 salons, 1 grand balcon, 1 salle de bain, de belles pièces à vivre. 2 lits doubles et possibilité de rajouter 2 matelas d'appoint. Parking au disc dans la rue (toujours de la place) ou 15CHF la journée; sinon place de parking couvert possible (environ 20CHF/jour selon durée du séjour et disponibilités). Our accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children). The flat of 65m2 size is a new building with air conditioner, big balcony, free internal parking & with an excellent view to the lake and mountain. It's at 200 steps to public transport with which you can acces all the swiss public transport system. It's easy to get to the swiss highway by car. Entire location completely intended for AirBnb customers. Partying is prohibited.

Bel appartement indépendant et balcon proche plage

Logement propre, paisible et proche (2 minutes à pieds) de la plage de Lutry. Il est à 600 m de la gare CFF, et 270 m de l'arrêt de bus "Corniche", et à 700 m (8min) du centre de Lutry, à 4 min (300m) du centre commercial Coop Il y a un balcon (5m2) donnant sur le Lavaux, les Préalpes et un bout du lac. Il n'y a pas de place de parc disponible autour de l'immeuble (déchargement possible). Je pourrais vous prêter un vélo si vous le désirez.

Magnifique appartement, neuf spacieux se situe à 5 minutes du centre ville et à une minute de l'autoroute. les supermarchés, boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie, bus sont en face de la maison.
