Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Mas Carbó una masia del s.XVI equipada amb totes les comoditats del s.XXI. Gaudeix de la tranquil·litat del camp a l'Alt Empordà a 20 minuts de St Martí d'Empúries i a 10 minuts de Figueres. Disposem d'un espai exterior on fer barbacoes, piscina, taula de ping-pong, billar, xemeneia interior, diverses zones per menjar i relaxar-se, una cuina equipada amb tot el necessari i un pati interior on resguardar-se de la Tramuntana. Tot preparat per passar una bona estada sense haver de sortir de casa.

we are in the "Alta Garrotxa" , an area of outstanding natural beauty. Situated in the North east of "Catalunya". Perfect for hiker's and cyclists. For visiting medieval villages and towns, the volcanic area of the Garrotxa , Girona city, the Mediterranean sea, great local food. Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.
