Stunning Vineyard Cottage with pool & terrace

Slow down and unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway. Once a vineyard workers cottage, many years ago, it is now fully restored to comfortably welcome four guests. The cottage flanks the vines with an uninterrupted view over our organic vineyard towards the estuary on the horizon. Relax on the terrace and take in its generous views over the landscape, take a dip in your own private pool, open late May-Sept, or stroll through the vines and woodlands that are both equally abundant in the area.

Au premier étage d'une belle maison située dans un quartier calme, c'est la douceur de vivre assurée à 2 km du centre ville. La terrasse de 15m2 est un plus pour vous ressourcer en contemplant l'orée du bois en fond de jardin.Vous pourrez disposer d un garage à vélos fermant à clés et d un accès à la piscine . Pour information notre habitation est située à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute A10.

Une piscine à disposition ainsi qu'un jardin arboré de plus d'un hectare, à la campagne mais à 7 minutes d'un centre commercial. 1ère chambre: 30m2 avec 1 lit 160x200 et 1 lit 90x200. 2ème chambre: 14m2 avec 2 lits 90x200 ou 1 lit king size. Literie+couettes+oreillers neufs (2025). Lave linge neuf. 2 réfrigérateurs. A 20 mn de la mer: Royan,Talmont sur Gironde. Proche de Saintes, Bordeaux, Cognac, La Rochelle, Iles Oléron et Ré.

Kick back, relax & unwind in this peaceful oasis, nestled in 15 acres with its own lake, in the heart of wine region. Mûrier Cottage is tastefully decorated & furnished, has 3 bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests comfortably, has its own private entrance through the walled courtyard. In the grounds is a large salt water swimming pool & terrace.

Les Chapelles is a small country hamlet in the Charente-Maritime between the historic Roman town of Saintes & the beautiful beaches of Royan. Le Cadran Solaire is a 3 double/twin bedroom 200 year old cottage, luxuriously appointed with all mod cons, private outdoor space for relaxing, eating & drinking and access to the shared 3 acre garden, shady children's playroom, table tennis and heated indoor pool with sun deck. Beautiful Gite In The Stunning Cognac Countryside

The Gites benefit from beautiful thick stone walls which help keep the rooms cool in the summer, whilst retaining the heat in the winter. The Hanger provides a great place to sit and eat anytime of the day (or just sit and relax) with that all important shade in the summer. We live in the house on the other side of the courtyard and are there to provide you with any assistance you may need with your stay, or to leave you in peace to enjoy your relaxing holiday at Les Grandes Ecures.

Petit cottage à ossature bois de plein pied , cocooning, au calme, entre mer et lisière de forêt. Une grande terrasse en bois de 25m2 et un petit espace extérieur vous permettront de profiter en toute tranquillité des transats et chaises longues à disposition. La plage des Vergnes est située à 600m, l’accès est très facile à pieds, à 7km se trouve le village classé de Talmont ( accessible à vélo via une piste cyclable).
