Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

Comfortable and bright one bed annexe in a quiet private road nestled in the Surrey Hills with views of Box Hill. Denbies vineyard and the North Downs Way is on its doorstep. Perfect location for walkers and cyclists alike. It’s a 15 min walk to Dorking Town Centre with all its amenities and 10 min walk to the station with links to London, Gatwick and Reading. The annex is located above our garage with its own private access via a gate from the driveway next to our family home.

This quiet studio is a 15 minute walk from Ewell West train station for a 35 minute direct train to Waterloo. Nestled in a safe, quiet area, perfectly situated for Hampton Court, Sandown Park Racing, Wimbledon Tennis, Bushy Park with its wild deer, the Thames and great shopping in Kingston. Breakfast included with pubs and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of two railway stations, direct into London. Twickenham Stadium is just under 30 minutes away. The Cottage is the perfect retreat for groups of friends and family to use as a base for the upcoming Autumn/Winter events locally. Just a stone throw away in the heart of the village is the newly restored pub ‘The Old Crown’ with a fantastic menu and stunning decor. The Cottage will be beautifully decorated for Christmas from the 14th November. Whilst the listing states no parties, we are more than happy for family and friends to share Christmas celebrations together.

We are a 10 minute walk from the local theme park Chessington World of Adventures so perfect for a weekend away with the kids! Explore the many walks around us with miles of public footpaths and beautiful scenery.
