This house is less than three miles away from Pomona Lake and is part of a 180 ac. ranch. This spacious home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms that offer room for a large family or families, a large fishing, hunting party or work crew. The house is located in prime deer and waterfowl hunting area. Off a dirt road, the property is peaceful and has room for boats or several vehicles. Pomona Lake offers great fishing and boating and a wonderful beach to sit relax and soak up the sun.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms as well as a futon sofa in the living room and a queen sized air mattress. 3 Tv’s and wifi is available. The barn can accommodate 1 vehicle and other smaller items such as bikes, canoes, camping/hunting gear, etc. It's just a 10 minute drive into town and you're right near ESU and downtown Emporia.
