Located within minutes to world class fishing, golfing, the famous Ellie Schiller's wildlife state park, hiking trails, biking trails, the Peace caves, manatee tours and our local monkey celebrities! Come back to your space and cool off in our large pool while grilling and chilling with the family. The pool is equipped with a safety gate and floatation buoy for the safety of your small children. In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

Enjoy this relaxing oasis in Crystal River. The cottage is located in Sun Retreats. This corner lot offers boat parking, fire pit, 2 kayaks (upon fcfs request, vehicle required to transport), beach chairs and towels. The inside offers modern comfort with a pull out couch and a queen size bed. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom provides a washer/dryer. Perfect location to visit multiple springs, manatee and scallop season. Many fishing charters and manatee guides and a small beach close by.

Whether you are fishing from the 50-foot seawall (dock up to 2 boats), swimming in the heated fully-screened pool, kayaking into King's Bay right outside our canal hanging out with manatees, or boating in the Gulf of Mexico, there is something for everyone. This house sleeps 10 and is fully set up for a perfect vacation.

This Cozy Cottage is centrally located in Crystal River, steps away Kings Bay! Heated pool, ( October til May) under the oaks, large fenced in yard, take the 4 bikes out for a cruise around the neighborhood or get the family out kayaking in the Bay, 1 double, 3 single kayaks, 1 paddle board , paddles and life jackets, 1/4 mile to 3 sisters springs! Our family has been coming here years and love the area
