Beach House with Endless Sunsets

Front row beachfront with uninterrupted views .. watch the endless sunsets from your balcony. The distinctive render and wrought iron features of this home set it apart from the moment you enter the street, if you havent already been distracted with the breathtaking ocean views. A double door entry welcomes you into a light & bright tiled foyer, and sweeping staircase framed with wrought iron railings. On the ground level is 2 generous bedrooms and a family bathroom. There are lots of options for the seperate lounge which can be used as downstairs entertaining, a 4th bedroom/guest room or study. The area is fully serviced by a bar/kitchennette and powder room/wc for all your entertaining needs. Upstairs, is the real show stopper .. a sweeping view from the open plan dining, living and kitchen strikes you at every window. An open, breezy feel is created with sliders that join the indoors to a spacious, tiled balcony maximising the entertaining options and further encompassing the amazing views!

Downstairs apartment to yourself. Hosts live in upstairs apartment. With a beautiful relaxing pool and large outdoor area you can enjoy the holiday lifestyle. There is plenty of space to hang out and for children to play including a large cubby. NOTE! The kitchen is a large OUTDOOR kitchen. Equipped with a bar fridge, bbq, grill top and sink. No freezer or oven. Guests have the entire downstairs area of the house. There are no shared spaces. Guests have their own separate access.

The Glass House

Front row glass beach house: 100m to the mouth of the Moore River Stunning, architect designed beach house with best views of river estuary and ocean. A great nature based holiday spot. Canoe up the Moore River, fun safe swimming in the estuary. BYO linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels NOT provided). The house has three queen sized beds and a bunk room with two sets of bunks. It is a beach house and can be cool in winter. No central heating, only portable heaters.

This 3 storey luxury residence is just a stones throw from the ocean, with unrestricted views to the ocean and marina. You will be spoilt for choice deciding whether to have a spa, swim in the pool or ocean, play table tennis or have a wine on one of two balconies. The home is within walking distance to IGA, restaurants, medical centre, pub and pharmacy. Neptune Café is our recommendation for breakfast by the sea. Access to the beach is a short 5 minute walk away.

Our property contains a large living area, Foxtel Platinum (all channels), kitchen, indoor toilet & vanity & outdoor bathroom / laundry and large undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. Unfortunately, NO PETS ALLOWED in the Caravan Park.
