ABOUT THE STUDIO Fully furnished studio perfect for a short stay traveler (entire studio, no sharing). Private toilet / shower room, fridge freezer, simple cooker, washing machine. There are also a garden (guests may smoke there) and free parking space for one vehicle. TRANSPORT Eight minutes’ walk away is Lee railway station (see London Rail and Tube services map - F5), which is part of the Oyster transport system. Lee railway station operated by Southeastern goes to London Bridge, Waterloo East, London Charing Cross and London Cannon Street stations. A train journey from Lee station to London Bridge takes 12 minutes, trains leave every 15 minutes on average. Journey time to Waterloo station is 20 minutes. A bus stop (four buses and N21 - night bus) is in a few minutes’ walk away. A great base for exploring Central London, as well as neighbouring towns of Blackheath and Greenwich (the Royal Park is so beautiful in autumn!). It is less than a 5min walk to Lee train station (zone 3); it's then a short train ride to Central London (13mins to London Bridge or 26mins to Charing Cross). The Lord Northbrook (at the end of the road) is a great spot for a drink or bite to eat.

Double bedroom, suberb day and night view to the city...weather allowing, a lot of areas around to explore, 30 mins walk to Greenwich Park, 10 mins walking distance from the bus stop. Buses to closest station North Greenwich or Woolwich 24/7. I live in the flat in the second bedroom with my two cats. Shared toilet with shower and kitchen. Fridge/freezer in the bedroom. Shared living room with dining table. There is no lift to access the flat. Flat is on 1st floor, and there are 30 steps.

Self contained studio flat in residential home

The studio is spacious, bright and self contained in the loft of our house. You have a dining area, kitchenette with all essentials, seating area, shower room with skylight over the shower, king size bed (150cmx200cm matress) and snug or bed for a small infant (140cm matress). The space has been furnished in light colours with a clean but cozy feel. Kirsten is German and Inacio Portuguese. We both have a background in hospitality and love having guests staying.
