The North Perth Nook

A super cozy piece of history awaits you at the North Perth Nook. Past Nook lives - Photo studio , stain glass studio , corner deli, general store. Built in 1908 this is peak North Perth ! Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

Bus stop nearby, 15 min to the city and 20 min to the beach! Walking distance to Pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants in Mt Hawthorn and Leederville. Off-street parking available. Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Located at 14 Brentham St Leederville. Surrounded by parkland and a great courtyard this villa has to be seen to be believed! The villa provides parking for 2 cars on the property and is light and bright with good vibe. Situated 1km from a cafe strip the villa is handy to a great continental deli bottle shop and lots of good restaurants if you don't feel like cooking. Recently renovated and refurbished with new furniture, flooring and appliances the villa is modern and welcoming.

Located on the edge of the city in North Perth, overlooking iconic Hyde Park, this private, self contained guest suite is ideal for those who wish to stay close to the city and its attractions, but also enjoy views of trees and greenery. Perth CBD is an easy and enjoyable 2km walk through cool and leafy Hyde Park and vibrant Northbridge, with its many bars and restaurants.

Twin Gums-Subiaco/Perth Cottage

Our quaint cottage has a bedroom upstairs and a lounge/dining/kitchen and newly renovated bathroom downstairs. It has a beautiful shady private courtyard situated at the back of the property. There is dedicated free off-street parking for our guests at the front of the property and a private entrance into the back lane.
